My weekly public yoga group classes are made up of 1 hour classes with a maximum of 7 people.
The classes include meditation, led yoga asana practice and a short talk (satsang) about yoga philosophy relating to daily life. I offer 4 class packs and cannot allow any drop ins as the classes are small and I believe that the practice of yoga includes and develops with intimacy and dedication. So I am keeping the classes small and would like to have students that are ready to dedicate to the best of their ability.
Strong Beginner Level Class (Mondays)
These classes include a brief session of mindfulness meditation, yoga poses focused on strengthening and relaxing and mild breath work.
By the end of 4 classes, you will be able to mindfully advance in your practice and also build a simple self practice at home, if you do not have the habit already.
Intermediate Level Yoga Class (Wednesdays)
These classes include mindfulness meditation, intermediate level yoga poses that include hand balances and hip openers and breath work.
- By the end of 4 classes, you will be able to mindfully advance in your practice with some tips about working towards the advanced poses that are the theme of that month. You will also start integrating the philosophy of yoga into your daily life with regular mindful practice.
Pricing & Schedule:
Mondays: 18.30-19.30 – Strong Beginner Level
Wednesdays: 19.45-20.45 – Intermediate Level
Price: 100 CHF for 4 classes.
